This is the reverse side of a thin, yellowed document, showing significant bleed-through of mirrored text from the front. Several official stamps are visible at the bottom, including FBI mail room receipts dated September 19 and 20, 1956, and a 'U.S. DEPT. OF JUSTICE' stamp. Two pieces of aged, dark adhesive tape are present: a large horizontal strip across the middle and a smaller piece in the bottom right corner, partially obscuring the underlying mirrored text.
